Our organization is commited to water protection and
sustainability. 'O' symbolizes sustainability, taking the shape of a circle to convey the idea of resource reuse, where all resources are repurposed for future use.
We are inspired by the beauty of the world around us—by the delicate whisper of the wind, the refreshing smell of grass, and the endless blue of oceans. Yet, we also see the scars of neglect: forests disappearing, oceans choked with waste, and wildlife struggling to survive.
This deep connection to nature compels us to react. Our mission is driven by the belief that every effort, no matter how small, can help restore eco-balance. Sustainability is our gift to future generations.

How are we run?
Established in 2024, when several professionals in sustainability research came together to find solutions to the global water crisis.
O.WATER will become a global institution reuniting individuals and partner organisations from around the globe towards this goal.
Each member mobilises support in its country, engaging individuals, companies and institutions to raise funds and influence policies to support our mission.

Founder
Rose shapes our mission to designing project strategies and guiding our outreach efforts. With a background in programming, web design, and communications, she builds our digital platforms and continues to oversee both the technical and creative sides of our work. Rose is deeply involved in everything from planning campaigns to promoting our impact. Rose believes change starts when we stop waiting for
permission and start creating solutions ourselves —and that’s exactly what we’re doing here.
Magic Yuan
Financial Manager
Another key member at O.WATER, where she leads the organization’s financial planning and management.
With a strong sense of structure and vision, Magic supports the team
in turning creative ideas into actionable, long-term plans.
Her careful budgeting and strategic insight ensures that every project is not only impactful but also economically sustainable.
Dingchen Jin
Research leader
A teacher and a core member in the O.WATER team, contributing through his deep expertise in mathematics and statistics.
He plays a central role in developing quantitative models, performing complex calculations, and conducting probability-based assessments for
various sustainability projects. Mr. Jin’s ability to translate abstract mathematical concepts into
practical tools provide strong analytical support for the team.
Dora Ran

Dora is a creative contributor at O.WATER, supporting
the team through outreach, web design, and visual content creation.
Dora plays a key role in shaping the organization’s online presence and making its message more engaging and accessible to the public.
She enjoys using design to inspire environmental awareness and action
